Undoubtedly, the main recurring theme is the relationship, if any, between metaphysics and science; hence the prospects of a 'naturalistic' approach to metaphysical inquiry. This collection of essays edited by Matthew H. Slater and Zanja Yudell belongs to the growing series of contributions dealing with this latter topic. As we are told on the cover flap, the volume "explores the role that metaphysics should play in our philosophizing about science."
