Reviewed by Hans Pedersen, Indiana University of Pennsylvania This volume is a collection of essays aimed at engaging with and extending the work of John Haugeland. Due to considerations of length, I have decided to take primarily a descriptive approach in this review, foregoing more fine-grained evaluation and analysis of the nuances of the articles. Instead, I will limit myself to some brief, general evaluative comments at the beginning. This volume as a whole is an excellent example of philosophy that exists beyond the Analytic/Continental divide. Some essays lean more in the Continental direction, and others more in the Analytic.
